Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products & Services

No1Perfect provides:

  • DTF Transfers

  • Custom Gang Sheets

  • Custom Apparel Printing

  • Heat Transfer Products

  • Custom Printed Merchandise

  • Other custom printing-related products and services

All products are produced according to the specifications submitted by the customer.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout, including:

  • Product Selection

  • Sizes

  • Quantities

  • Artwork Files

  • Shipping Information

  • Contact Information

No1Perfect is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Once an order enters production, modifications may not be possible.

Artwork Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring all uploaded artwork meets production requirements.

Artwork should:

  • Be submitted at the correct size

  • Be high resolution (300 DPI recommended)

  • Use RGB color profile when applicable

  • Contain transparent backgrounds when required

No1Perfect prints files exactly as submitted and does not automatically correct customer artwork unless specifically requested.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

By submitting artwork, logos, images, or designs, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to the artwork, or

  • You have obtained permission from the copyright owner

No1Perfect assumes no responsibility for copyright infringement resulting from customer-submitted content.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold No1Perfect harmless from any claims arising from submitted artwork.

Production Times

Our standard production times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Typical production timelines:

  • 1–3 Business Days

  • Excluding weekends and holidays

  • Larger orders may require additional production time

Production times may vary based on order volume, equipment maintenance, supply availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using trusted shipping carriers.

Customers acknowledge:

  • Shipping transit times are estimates

  • Delays caused by carriers are beyond our control

  • Incorrect shipping addresses may result in delays or lost packages

No1Perfect is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Local Pickup Orders

Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for collecting orders within a reasonable timeframe after notification.

Orders not collected promptly may be subject to storage limitations.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because all products are custom-made:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not offer:

  • Refunds

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Order cancellations after production begins

Exceptions may be considered only if a manufacturing error is determined to be the responsibility of No1Perfect.

Customers must report any production issues within 7 days of delivery.

Color Variations

Customers understand that:

  • Monitor settings vary

  • Printer output may vary slightly

  • Fabric types may affect appearance

Minor color variations between screen displays and printed products are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, No1Perfect shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits

  • Lost business opportunities

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Customer artwork errors

  • Delayed shipments caused by carriers

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with website operations

  • Upload malicious files or software

  • Violate intellectual property rights

  • Submit fraudulent orders

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access to our services.

Promotional Codes & Discounts

Promotional codes:

  • Cannot be combined unless specifically stated

  • May be modified or discontinued at any time

  • Have no cash value

  • Apply only to eligible products

No1Perfect reserves the right to cancel promotions at its discretion.
